ముందుగా ఉద్యోగులకు సంబందించిన 2023 జూలై నాటికి DA ఎంత వుంటే అంత మొత్తాన్ని కూడా బేసిక్‌ లో మెర్జ్ చేసి ఫిట్‌ మెంట్‌ ను కలిపి 12 వ పీఆర్సీ బేసిక్‌ పే ను ఫిక్స్‌ చేయడం జరుగుతుంది..
ఈ విధంగా బేసిక్‌ ను ఫిక్స్‌ చేసిన తరువాత కొత్త Basic Pay ను ఆధారంగా చేసుకొని HRA ను పెంచడం జరుగుతుంది…
అంతే కాకుండా పీరియాడిక్‌ ఇంక్రిమెంట్‌ మరియు AAS కూడా కొత్త బేసిక్‌ పే ఆధారంగానే పెంచడం జరుగుతుంది..
ఇక పెన్షనర్ల విషయానికి వస్తే 2023 జూలై నాటికి ఉండే DR ను ప్రస్తుత బేసిక్‌ లో మెర్జ్ చేసి ఫిట్‌ మెంట్‌ ను కలిపి కొత్త పెన్షన్‌ బేసిక్‌ గా నిర్ణయిస్తారు..
ఇంకా ఎవరికైతే అడిషనల్‌ క్వాంటం ఆఫ్‌ పెన్షన్‌ వస్తుందో వారికి కొత్త బేసిక్‌ ఆధారంగా AQP వస్తుంది..
AP Government Employees and pensioners 12th PRC Pay Scales | 12th PRC Pay Scales fixation process
A decision has been taken to form the 12th PRC committee for AP state government employees and pensioners.
Let’s know what benefits will be given to the employees by implementing this 12th PRC…
First, by July 2023, the amount of DA related to the employees will be merged in the basic and the 12th PRC basic pay will be fixed along with the fitment.
In this way, after fixing the basic, the HRA will be increased based on the new basic pay.
Apart from this, the periodical increment and AAS will also be increased on the basis of the new basic pay.
As far as the pensioners are concerned, the DR up to July 2023 will be merged with the current basic and the fitment will be decided as the new pension basic.
Also those who get additional quantum of pension will get AQP based on the new basic.
